Literacy and Education for Adult's Development-LEAD- Literacy and Education for Adults' Development(LEAD) was established in 2006 prior to assist struggling adults with language, adjustments to America life, and to educate them become self sufficiency. Many adult refugees especially have faced major problems that are countless in the US. Language is the major effective problem among adult refugees. 80% percent of adults refugee come to US do not have education backgrounds and it is along way for them to learn English Language. Adults who are enrolled in ESL classes taught by English Speakers only drop out of school early. However, it becomes a realistic that an adult being taught by someone who speaks bothe language: English language and an adult's first language learns quick and understands better.
