Areas to be funded: All donations receive are used directly for funding lost boys and girls who are not qualified of financial aid and lost boys and girls in refugee camps. A part of donations will be used to fund medical expenses, counseling and emergencies. LEMA Fund is a fiscally sponsored by Aid and Care and contributions to LEMA Fund are 100% tax deductible. LEMA History and Goal :Founded in 2006 by the lost boys and girls and their friends, LEMA Fund is a non profit organization that sticks to the primary goal of raising funds to support the the lost boys and girls afford paying colleges tuitions and medical expenses.. The LEMA Fund is to assist those who can not afford paying colleges that may result in discontinuing their education. The lost boys and Girls are willing to acquire advanced education in the fields of art, science, education, and professional development and others. The foundation is seeking funding through generous donations and gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations to support a wide variety of programs, research initiatives, and grants.

The Lost Boys Education and Medical Assistance Fund (LEMA-Fund) is a foundation established to help the lost boys and girls with obtaining a quality education: high school, GED, an undergraduate college and graduate college degree. Assistance is also available for medical and dental expenses, psychological counseling and general other situations matters to them

How Your Gifts Make Them Difference : Many of these young people have excelled scholastically and they receive high marks of achievement in high schools and colleges. They are enthusiastic about their education and have pursued college degrees in areas of engineering, medical, accounting, business, law, and psychology, et al. The LEMA-Funds are used to

Support the medical and dental needs of the Lost Boys and girls and their families.
Fund the education of Lost Boys and girls and their siblings living in America and refugee camps
Supply needed educational and medical tools such as pencils, paper, and any books or other supplies deemed necessary for the success of these schools and clinics.
Help the lost boys and girls further education for high levels such as graduate colleges and other important trainings.

Goals and Objectives:Through LEMA-Funds events such as the reunions, conferences, and letters, the lost boys and girls will be able to

educate American students, teachers and the general public on both the current and past conflicts of Sudanese history and to raise awareness for the continued suffering of the Sudanese people.
partner with communities they live, colleges, universities, high schools, churches, and other 501(c)3 organizations in an effort to fund and facilitate the building of schools and clinics in Southern Sudan and refugee camps located throughout Africa where Lost Boys and their families reside.
