A: Resources- Mission Trip to Africa to conduct assesments and produce documentary(December, 2008). A team of 7 people will travel to Africa on December 19, 2008 and return on January 29, 2009. Any changes will be announced on the website and via phone conference.

B: $197,845 Goal-We w ork hard to raise this amount to fund our programming initiative. Over three years, we aim to raise a halif million dollars. The goal is scheduled from 2008-2011.

C: National Board Conference-Since our board members are from difference places, we look forward to meeting in one place to discuss our strategies and planning. We also recongize that it is important to meet someone you work with so that produce more confidential work. For the first time, NBC will be scheduled in June or July next year, full details will be provided soon.

D: Website and other resources-We realized that a lot of people with our current domain name: careandaid.org instead being aidandcare.org. We have planned to change domain name to a new name www.aidandcareforafrica.org which is now under construction. Announcement will be made as soon as redevelopment of the website is made.
