We have developed youth program called African Youth Advocates for Transition and its purpose is to enhance education, protect, well being of youth through the nurturing and empowerment of youth growth and leadership in the U.S and Africa where youth opportunities are very limited through active partnerships with local, national, and international community.
This program is one of Aid and Care,Inc most important programs that focuses on training youth in cultural and leadership development programs in which youth will gain and learn basic youth needs. Those basic needs can be obtained through cultural and leadership activities as briefly described below:
Art Activities-Youth learn drawing skills, that prepare them become ready to go Art fields
In Cultural Activities- Youth will learn gain materials include but not limited to the knowledge, skills, and ability about their own cultural heritage
In Leadership Activities- Youth will learn skills, power, and ability to make decisions, problem solving, become responsible, and influences others in their communities.
In Educational Activities-youth learn and gain academic knowledge and skills that shape their academic paths and better choice they will make in future
Sports: We keep youth enage in sport activities that help children or youth obtain good healthy
During summer, we carry out youth programs and objectives to achieve include but not limited to the following:

Develop leadership opportunities for youth on various levels. We have realized the value of youth involvement but struggled with how to constructively engage youth in meaningful roles in decision and policy making bodies. Future prediction, peace and justice role in unstable with peace

Provide opportunities for experienced youth to share in the knowledge they have gained and to assume roles of leadership, decision making and authority in domestic and internal activities.

Enrolled youth will be exclusively trained by
- Providing training and educational support youth in specific leadership competency
- Providing an organized decision and policy making forum for application of leadership skills
- Providing an evaluation process that includes but is not limited to self evaluation, group evaluation, completion of projects, review of group plans, evaluation of oral and written communication
